Try Before You Buy

A comprehensive trial version of VBA Padlock is available for download free of charge. The trial lets you test all features of the software before purchasing, so you can verify compatibility with your system and confirm VBA Padlock meets your requirements prior to purchase.

We strongly encourage all customers to download and thoroughly evaluate the trial edition before completing a purchase.

Refund Policy After Purchase

Once your payment has been processed and an activation code has been issued via email, no refund will be given. This policy exists because returning activated software is impractical: once a license has been activated, it cannot be "returned" in a meaningful way.

This is why we make a fully functional trial version available — so you can make an informed decision before buying.

Refund Under Extenuating Circumstances

Within 30 days of purchase only, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of G.D.G. Software if technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities prevent VBA Padlock from functioning on your system. In such cases, the refund amount will be reduced by order processing and banking fees (up to 10% of the purchase price).

To be considered for a refund under extenuating circumstances, you must provide:

• Sufficient information to identify your purchase (order number, company name, transaction date, activation code, license count)
• A detailed description of the technical issue encountered
• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
• A signed Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use on company letterhead

G.D.G. Software disclaims responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications or download delays.
